News has been coming up from different sources that Australian authorities are seeking to legalize online gambling. According to a local news source, Australian productivity commission has filed documents to legalize online poker, casino's and other forms of online gambling games.  If legalization take place then it will be a huge victory for online gambling industry as Australian current law bans online gambling.

Along with Australia, United States govt is also looking for internet gambling legalization if it happens then it will be a gold rush for gambling firms. Australian govt banned all forms of gambling and asked its ISP's to block gambling web portals and blacklist some local gambling domains, but now things are looking different as the govt is failing to put brakes on online gambling growth. There is a saying that "if you can't beat them, join them" this what happening to AU govt.

The bill that was drafted is more than 600 pages long asking authorities to legalize online gambling that can generate huge some of money in form of taxes  to govt treasury during these recession times.

One of my friend from UK said,  if something is wrong with the agreements it can't be enforced if there is any flaws in the doc. If at all there are no loop holes, still possible to claim due to unfair relationships, this all depends on how the circumstances goes as such. With the help of such UCA we can reclaim all of our previous payments only when your claim agreements are unenforceable.

This type of claims are getting huge boost in UK market with one state trying to ban such process because many clients are misusing this type of processing in order to shed their hands from making payments to bank and credit card company. Many lenders and financial institutions are dragged to the consumer court as customers are trying to unenforce such agreements, finding smart loop holes from the terms and conditions of the agreements.

The best thing about this type of unenforceabel credit agreements is that even after you don't  make payments to financial institutions your credit history  will not be effected under such law.

I came across this information from unenforceable credit agreements site  which I suppose is unique to me and wanted to share with you guys.  refer site:->> unenforceable credit agreements .

China has asked its ISP's to block Google.com search from accessing. The reason behind this bold step is that, the country, China has warned Google twice to stop showing illegal content such as porn, casino  and other offensive sites to its chinese users, but still Chinsese people are easily accessing porn sites and other illegal contents.

Asked Google.ch, they said we have already blocked access to illegal sites to Chinese people but we can't stop them from accessing it through Google.com that is US search data base.  Chinese people can easily switch to Google.com (US english version)  from Google.ch( Chinese version). According to some news source China has already blocked whole of Google search from accessing to its chinese citizens.

Chinese government is very strict when comes to rules and regulations and they now want to curb web too in order to protect minors and families. "Is that a good sign for web companies"? I think a big NO.  The big news is also flowing in that US government has asked its software making firms to build a computer software which blocks gambling and porn sites by default and Microsoft is proceeding towards that goal. This isCry totally messedup....

Google recently confirmed that their famous video site, Youtube.com has been blocked by China. No explanations were given by the Google company that why China blocked access to youtube site.

Google company's spokesman, Scott said that "Youtube was blocked by China from Yesturday itself, we are waiting to hear from Chinses authorities as to why they have blocked access to the site to Chinese users".

China is a very strict country in terms of law and this is not the first time they have blocked a web portal, in many recent cases they have blocked porn sites, gambling sites and other offensive sites to protect public interest and minors.

A spokesperson from Google.ch ( Google China )  stated that they have no clue as to why youtube was being blocked by China.

Months later , Youtube published a video where Chinese policemen were foud beating to death a pro-Tibet  demonstrator  near Lhasa. There were some other videos shown on Youtube site which were totally againts the Chinese government and confidential.

United States government is now looking to legalize online gambling so that they can collect taxes on winnings and improve the current economy. If you guys are not aware let me tell you that according to Pirce Water House Coopers, US biggest chartered accountant stated that US economy can gain a whooping $55 billion in taxes from internet gambling, its just an estimation, the taxes may go up as well.

In the year 2006, during the Bush administration, UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) rules were passed along with port security bill, which was suppose to be the most important bill to get passed. Currnet law does not permits playing or betting online on poker and casino's where as fantasy games and horse betting are still legal.

EU commission and other nations have raised their concerns on online gaming sector and asked US to permit foreign gambling sites to operate in their country.

Speaking on behalf of safe & secure internet gambling , Jefferson stated that despite UIGEA rules in US, online gambling has picked up pace, such contiued growth should be noticed by the govt and use it for benefit of the economy.

On other side congressman, Barney Frank is trying dead hard to overturn the current UIGEA rules and pass a safe and secure internet gambling bill, Barney is all set to introduce the bill this March and is very confident that they would make it this time around.

Only time will tell what internet gambling brings in to US economy and their people.

Lot of new players play a few play money games and think they had enough practice to jump into the real money tournaments. Most of them will agree that in practice games a lot of players play for fun and not to practice or to learn. I mean they play loose, they bet without thinking and most new tables will have a flop percentage of around 90ies. And believe me most of them are not even aware of the rules or least the hand rankings.

I recommend small tournaments with small buy-ins for players who have played less than 5000 hands. Play real tight as the blinds are small and remember when you bet in poker you are basically playing for blinds. Stay with top 5-10 starting hands (See article), don't chase and fold your hand if flop doesn't help.

Further if you are not completely new and have some tournament experience, I recommend playing little aggressive and try to build your chip stack by outplaying loose players. You will see a lot of inexperienced players at the beginning of the tournament.

Now as the tournament progresses blinds are getting big and you will see a lot of loose players getting eliminated. Since you played tight, you will hopefully have a big enough chip count to compete against aggressive players in the middle stage of the tournament. When you have a good hand; try to knock the smaller stacks around. And risking around 10% of your chips into a tough draw against a small stack is the way to increase the chip stack.

If you have a decent chip stack then remember not to chase a hand, if the flop doesn't help then fold and never call more than 1/4th of your chips on a draw. It's all about surviving and accumulating chips in the middle of the tournament.

On the other hand if you are short stacked, I mean when you cannot last more than 4 or 5 rounds of blinds; You need to steal some pots by going all-in. But don't go all-in against a very big stack where a player with higher chip stack won't mind risking a few percentages of his/her chips to defend the steal. Always consider going all-in against smaller stacks during pre-flop or right after flop when you have any of the top 10 starting hands.

Now with good play and definitely some luck you are in the last stage of the tournament also called the money round, where things get little heavy. Here the play gets looser and as the blinds are very big, many players will not be able to see more than 1 or 2 rounds of blinds and expect them to go all-in anytime. Majority of all-ins will come during the pre-flop or the turn round. Re-raise the pre flop all-in only if you have a strong hand. Also never get in the middle of 2 players who intent to risk their chips.

As players get knocked out, the table becomes more short hand and you should loosen up more on you starting hand requirements. Now strange pairs and over-cards become really strong hands and the battle between a prepared hand and over-card drawing hand actually appears. For example AK vs JJ. Raise with confidence when you have a strong hand and steal blinds as regularly as feasible.
