UCA ( Unenforceable agreements)
One of my friend from UK said, if something is wrong with the agreements it can't be enforced if there is any flaws in the doc. If at all there are no loop holes, still possible to claim due to unfair relationships, this all depends on how the circumstances goes as such. With the help of such UCA we can reclaim all of our previous payments only when your claim agreements are unenforceable.
This type of claims are getting huge boost in UK market with one state trying to ban such process because many clients are misusing this type of processing in order to shed their hands from making payments to bank and credit card company. Many lenders and financial institutions are dragged to the consumer court as customers are trying to unenforce such agreements, finding smart loop holes from the terms and conditions of the agreements.
The best thing about this type of unenforceabel credit agreements is that even after you don't make payments to financial institutions your credit history will not be effected under such law.
I came across this information from unenforceable credit agreements site which I suppose is unique to me and wanted to share with you guys. refer site:->> unenforceable credit agreements .
