FCOF bags P.86-B e-passport deal

FRENCH-BELGIAN firm Francois Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire (FCOF) has won the contract for the first electronic passport (e-passport) in the Philippines with its bid worth P859.7 million for the landmark project to be implemented jointly by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
