In response to the increasing number of “upwardly mobile modern citizens” who dream of having their “very own home in the best location, amenities and interiors that offer so much more than what buyers would get elsewhere, Century Property came up with the new concept in its latest project within the former International School Grounds in Makati City.

“After many months of research in design, engineering, as well as gathering of feedback from consumer wants and needs, we feel we have created a completely new “condovision,” a new way of creating residential units that strike the perfect balance between high design, optimal space-saving layouts, and startling affordability,” explains Marco Antonio, managing director of Century Properties.

With ownership beginning at below P2.5 million for a 27-sqm MyPod unit, Century Properties made available the Knightsbridge Residences to more buyers.

Each pod, having a “podular” construction, may be combined with another Pod to form a Duopod (one-bedroom unit at 54 sqm). Three Pods form a Treopod (2 BR unit at 81 sqm), and four Pods will form a Quatropod (3 BR unit at 108 sqm). There are also special 1-BR and 2-BR corner units at 35 sqm and 57 sqm, respectively.

Featuring a collection of five interior design options, all typical units of the Knightsbridge Residences have balconies and may be availed with Century Properties’ pioneering fully fitted and fully furnished concept.

Antonio disclosed that the residential tower will also feature an innovation they called Hypersized Amenities such as massive pool and lounge, residents’ dining area and café, a library, home theater and more. And being directly connected to Century City’s shopping and dining complex, the company assures ease and convenience to their prospective buyers.
